5 Overview

The market implementation procedure will help you to coordinate each T&T implementation on the market side.

6 General Steps

If you have a goal to connect a new market to the T&T area, the general sequence of actions will guide you to be followed:

  1. In the first step, it is necessary to clarify the legal requirements for this market and make sure that it really is a new market. This part is usually done by GSC CP, and IT TT got initial business requirements and contacts from the market team.

  2. The second step is to request from the Repository provider the documentation with requirements, how and in what format we need to report events for the market authorities.

  3. Gather all information about the new market and sourcing factories. The questionnaire contains a complete list of questions for which we need to get answers from the business:

    • The sourcing factory
    • The market
  4. Please use the project plan template to create yours. Template for the project plan, all needed milestones, and dependencies are already there.

  5. Review the documentation from the provider and understand if this market is using one of the existing regulations:

    • TPD
    • UK/DLR
    • CRPT
    • MX

For each current regulation, we have a separate configuration checklist. Please, use it. If regulation is new, please initiate the creation of a new configuration checklist from the document owner.

  6. Define which factory or factories will be sourcing for this market. To configure each factory for production to the new market, use Market Implementation Procedure - Sourcing Factory Setup.

  7. To configure the market, please have a look at the Market configuration checklist. If some parts are already done, please choose only this, which is relevant for your case.

  8. Initiate a kick-off call with involved teams to align with the expected timeline and deliverables for the implementation.
