1 Standard description

This document will define the PowerBI report that shows NOK products per type of error and location. It is used by WIR to identify focus area. It can also be used by markets/factories to identify products they need to take action for.

2 Data Source

Server “tat-tpc-db-gva-prd.jti.com”, database TPC

Query1: Data from table [dbo].[PrimaryPalletReport] with the following filters:

• IsActive is equal to 1
• ItemLocation is not Crewe

PR&SR Trend: Data from table [dbo].[ReportDailyPRStatus] with the following filters:

• ReportDate is after 22/02/2021
• ItemLocation is not Crewe, GrandTotal-Factory and GrandTotal-Market

Upload Status: Data from tables [dbo].[PRLocation] and [dbo].[PrimaryPalletReport] which show the latest date from InventoryUploadDate column with the following filters:

• ItemLocation is not ‘Distributor/Client’

This page shows NOK products of pallets per location in factories or markets, pallets by factory and markets per the error type and the last upload date by location.

4.2 NOK MC’s

This page shows NOK products of MC’s per location in factories or markets, pallets by factory and markets per the error type and the last upload date by location.

4.3 NOK PR/SR Trend

This page shows the trend of NOK pallets, PR NOK and SR NOK by default in the last 3 months.
